Fluid-Level online Detection
The LD Consists of patented ESDD (Echo-Sounding Detecting Device), the DPLCC controller and the software package with special arithmetic to realize the fluid level online data collecting, analyzing and calculating for each oil well.
Level-Capacity closed-coop real-time-Control
Referring the deviation between the value of fluid level online detected and the set-point, the LCC adjusts the capacity of pump by regulating the rev of the motor, based on the control arithmetic selected. The set-point and the control arithmetic could be changed as requested. The LCC offers the ability to regulate the capacity of oil pump to adapt to the productivity of the oil well in time, to stabilize smoothly the Fluid-Level of the oil well, to realize the automatic control and/or advanced scientific management of the oil well pumping production.
Remote system control and management
The DPLCC Automation System could be operated and controlled remotely with the RCU (GSM/GPRS Remote Communication Unit) and the RCMC (Remote Controlling and Managing Console, desktop, laptop and or network)

DPLCC Automation System optimizes the motor rev. at a lower rated power (and/or rated rev.) with respect to the fluid-level online detected. The lower rev. the motor runs the less electric energy it consumes. Our modulated smart pumping consumes only enough energy needed to efficiently extract oil/gas from wells depending on its online real-time conditions.
